Strategy 5 - Oligonucleotide database of targeted proteins

Oligonucleotides are designed per pair in order to match with chromosomal DNA from the begining of the coding region (main strand) to the end (complementary strand). Various DNA sequence fragments are selected to encode putative soluble protein fragments. When necessary a stop codon is added.

In the table below, oligo #, protein target, position in aa sequence (* means protein sequence end), strain, DNA sequence datafile, oligo designed between brackets, oligo length, oligo GC percentage, oligo TM, order status are reported sorted by organism.
