Correlation of sequences with qualitative functions

Program description
This program calculates correlations between all referenced amino acid properties at every of the aligned sequences and a qualitative function. More precisely the program looks for a treshold in the current property scalke of amino acids to separate sequences wit a positive function from those with a negative function according to the amino acid at the analyzed position. The output gives the properties that allow this segregation at the current position. No gap are allowed between the sequences of a same set. If the difference between the two sets is a gap or an insertion, loop/gap is indicated. The relative width between the two set of values is reported.
